Nino Panjikidze joined the Crystal team in June 2023 as Chief Operating Officer.

She has 15 years of experience in the financial sector, having held various managerial positions in Procredit Bank at different times: the deputy head of operations at the central branch, the head of the retail control department, the head of the centralized back office, as well as the senior specialist in the development of products and procedures. In 2013, Nino joined Finca Bank, taking over the direction of banking services. She also led the direction of banking support, including the centralized back office, cashless payments and bank cards. Over the last 2 years, she worked in the non-banking sector, in the position of operations manager.

Nino graduated from the Finance Department of Free University and was awarded the qualification of a certified financial manager. Later on, she continued her studies at Caucasus University, doing her master’ s degree in business administration. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the State University of Culture and Arts. In addition, Nino has successfully completed a full course in Financial Markets at Yale International University.
